After taking the company to a new and sophisticated level with the addition of mortgage banking in 2004, U.S.A. Lending acquired the FHA license for the company in order to bring new mortgage products to their clients. The company has since been making FHA residential purchase and FHA refinance loans as well as reverse mortgages which U.S.A. soon after added to their menu of products to accommodate their senior clients.
